Every telephone number on this site is literally 000-000-0000, which is not a working number. The build fails automatically if any other US-format number appears anywhere on the site.
The licensing and insurance claims are part of the fiction
This site describes a licensed home improvement contractor carrying general liability and workers' compensation, filing permits and issuing certificates of insurance. None of that is real, because the company is not real. A remodeling site makes more of these claims than most, so it is worth stating plainly: do not treat anything here as evidence that any actual contractor is licensed or insured. Verify a real contractor's licence and certificates yourself, directly, every time.
The design and furniture houses are invented
This site describes trade relationships with twelve cabinetry, furniture, surface, lighting and hardware houses, several of them presented as the interiors divisions of fashion and couture ateliers. Every one of those houses is fictional, invented for this demonstration. No real manufacturer, fashion house, design brand or certification body is named anywhere on this website, and nothing here should be read as a claim about any actual company or as a partnership that exists.
The prices are illustrative
Every figure on this site is a plausible invented range written to make the design realistic. They are not quotations, they are not offers, and no real work is available at them. A real renovation is priced after a real survey of a real building.
The customer comments are invented
The client comments on this site were written as part of the demonstration. They are deliberately not marked up as review or rating structured data anywhere in the source, because publishing fabricated ratings as machine-readable data would be dishonest even on a demonstration site.

The guidance on this site about budgets, permits, co-op alteration agreements, waterproofing, structural work and materials is general and was written to be useful and accurate in the abstract. It is not advice about your building, your apartment, your lease, your alteration agreement or your safety, and no one has inspected anything of yours.
