Most people calling a remodeler do not yet know whether they need one room rebuilt, a layout changed, or the whole apartment taken back to brick — and it is not reasonable to expect them to. A measured survey costs nothing and answers it. The Design Study that follows produces drawings you own outright, useful even if you go on to build with somebody else.
